Technology: Features

Aerospace Grade Welding

Utilizing high rotational speed tools, parts are welded together with consistency and reliability. Same technology used in aircraft manufacturing

Rim Formation

6061 forged aluminum sheet rolled and welded into barrel then flow formed and T6 heat treated

Wheel Center welded to Rim

Cast or forged wheel center will then be friction stir welded to the rim, providing advantages as follows:

• light weight without bolts and nuts
• flexibility in final wheel offset
• clean two tone by painting rim and center separately before welding

Highest Quality Control

Following procedures will be taken to ensure 100% quality sound:

• X Ray confirming welding integrity
• Runout and Balancing test to ensure precise positioning of welding
• Materials mechanical properties testings
• Safety testings including impact, radial and cornering fatigue
• Finishing durability tests
